Be the change you want to see in the world

I feel as if these are the words I'm living by at the moment.... maybe not all the time though, sadly I've had a few of my usual Tiffany angry spurts...but for the most part I've been in a very giving mood. I've been looking for any way I can make someone else's day better, doing things I've always thought were cool but never thought to do myself.

I think everyone has had something done for them randomly that changed their mood and changed their day. Even the tiny little things can lift a spirit.  I spend so much time wishing something cool would happen, but I never took the time to realize that I could be that person doing that 'cool' thing.

It's day 10 of the 25 days of giving and I'm so glad I started this project. It's truly been as much of a blessing for myself as I hope it has been (and will be) for at least a few of the recipients ( cause let's be honest here,  not every act of kindness will be appreciated at the same level ). I love knowing that something I do might brighten someone's day,  might turn a bad day good again, or make a good day great.

I'm not trying to talk myself up,  a lot of people seem to think that if you make you actions be known you are bragging.  But that's not my intentions. I'm simply hoping that if I talk about them it might spark an interest into someone else to do a random act of kindness themself.  Which is what this is all about in the long run,  The idea that one act of kindness can spark another, and then yet another till eventually there's a huge ripple effect,  the same way that throwing one small rock in a pond can cause ripples to great lengths.

That ripple starts with one simple act.

So here's to hoping I'm influencing someone to do a RAOK. Let me know if you throw a rock in the pond today :)

Until next time,
Tiffany <3

This video goes along with all that I've been talking about. I doubt life will ever be this way,  but it helps show that you never know how far one small act of kindness will go!

(let me know if the link doesn't work,  im still posting from my phone and I haven't figured out how to do fancy stuff like add photos or videos in :p if it doesn't,  copy and paste works just as easily! )
