Back to Monday yet again

So the weekend is over and it's Monday morning again. It seems like the weekends get shorter and shorter every week!

My party was this weekend and it was pretty fun, and slightly informative. I learned that latex balloons filled up with helium only last about 8-12 hours... Too bad that lesson was learned BEFORE my party even began. Why would that be bad? Well let me explain. I bought the balloons while I was already at HEB on Friday night thinking it might make Saturday morning prep quicker. BUT when Javi woke up for work Saturday, he woke me up with the depressing news that a balloon was already deflating. A few hours later, several more had deflated as well. Thankfully though, javi told me to just talk to the people at HEB and they should replace them for free since no one told me about how long they would last. I felt stupid, but they were super nice and replaced them absolutely no problem at all!

Other than that, we had a good time. We did dares every hour on the hour, We told truths, baked a cake and prepped strawberries for our strawberry shortcake, listened to music (some songs repeatedly...), quoted Wreck it Ralph a bit too much. It was fun!

Then on Sunday night I got to see Javier. We may live together but we don't always get to spend quality time together. We relaxed and finished watching the Hobbit. Best part is still the music. Worst part was when I realized it was over, but not completely... As in, there's more movies to follow *shakes head*

That was pretty much my weekend.

Now I'm getting ready for Easter, and then my mom's birthday. After that will be mothers day, my birthday, my parents anniversary, then Javis birthday and then finally SUMMER!! Which I'm very much so looking forward to this year.

This is one of those songs that got replayed over and over again at the party. Because you know, it's amazing.
